Sonic Sirens

Occasionally, you find cases where the person who designed the front is clearly not the person who designed the back, but there's no indication of who did what and why.

Also of note: this artwork was probably made for a black and white printer in mind, with the black widow label on the front meant to be hand-colored. I think that "Bite Me!" was based in Tennessee. Great motto that label has.

There appears to be a signature on the lower left of the back cover, but it's obscured by the motto. I can make out a "pe." No idea why pe wanted a new back cover, unless he figured that an album called Sonic Sirens should have a siren on it somewhere.
